This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 22974.3 on February 26, 2025, at 7:15 p.m. from Jeremy Brown, DBA: Rose Greens at 1630 Potrero Grande Dr., Rosemead, CA 91770.
