The property consists of 1,369 units other tobacco products (various brands), untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 1,292 units nicotine vape products (various brands), untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 1,424 units flavor enhancers products (various brands), flavor ban flavor enhancers; 52 grams cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 1,772 units of cannabis vape products (various brands), unlicensed cannabis business; 219 units cannabis edibles (various brands), 230 units other cannabis products (various brands), unlicensed cannabis business; and 4,563 units commercial packaging, bags (various sizes), universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business & Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on September 29, 2025, at 10:51 a.m., from Najjar Rateb Sadeddin, DBA Royal Novelties & Wholesale, located at 7381 Amador Valley Blvd., Dublin, CA 94568-2417.
