The property consists of 40 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, out of state stamps and 1,465 units of commercial packaging, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on September 11, 2024, at 2:05 p.m. from Sal's Tobacco Inc, DBA: Sal's Tobacco #5, located at 3739 W. Shaw Ave., Fresno, CA 93711-3207.
