The property consists of 25 units of various other tobacco products, 22 units of various nicotine vape, flavor ban tobacco products, 200 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers, one unit of Ultra CBD cannabis vape, unlicensed cannabis business and 47 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on June 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., from Sam F. Alyousef, DBA: Sam Smokeshop, located at 1051 S 13th St., Ste. B, Grover Beach, CA 93433-3105.
