TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 3,190 grams of cannabis and 530 units of cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 30 packs of untaxed and U.S. Tax Exempt cigarettes; 28 packs of untaxed flavor ban cigarettes; 262 units of untaxed other tobacco products; 182 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; and 370 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on August 6, 2026, at 4:56 p.m. from Michael Angel Cuellar, Et Al, DBA Savage Mobile, located at 7224 Pacific Blvd., Huntington Park, CA 90255-5735.
