The property consists of 42 packs of taxed various brand cigarettes, stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 423 units of other tobacco products, various brands, various types, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 1,141 units of nicotine vape products, various brands, various types, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 1,018 units of flavor enhancer products, various brands, various types, flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 842 units of various commercial packaging universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 15, 2026, at 04:16 p.m. from Scorpio Imports, Inc., DBA: Scorpio Imports, located at 130 E. Laurel Dr., Salinas, CA 93906-2860.
