The property consists of: 2,084 units flavor ban tobacco products; 2,158 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 211 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; 19 packs flavor ban cigarettes; 14 grams cannabis flower and 256 units cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 30 units commercial packaging, unlicensed cannabis business, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code section 22974.2, on March 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. from Scorpio Smoke & Vape, Inc DBA: Scorpio Smoke & Vape Inc located at 21534 Devonshire St, Ste H, Chatsworth, CA 91311-2991.
