The property consists of 99 packs of untaxed flavor ban cigarettes, 599 units of various untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products, 1,011 units of various untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape and 960 units of various flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on August 25, 2026, at 11:20 a.m., from Jawad K. Subeh, DBA Selmas Finest Hookah, located at 3816 McCall Ave., Selma, CA 93662-2217.
