The property consists of 50 units of nicotine vape, various brands, disposable devices, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; four grams of cannabis flower, branded, unlicensed cannabis business; and 49 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 26, 2026, at 3:25 p.m., from Kabir Inc, DBA: Shasta Smoke Shop, located at 4161 Shasta Dam Blvd, Shasta Lake, CA 96019-9425.
