The property consists of 174 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products, 31 units of various nicotine vape, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products, 205 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers, 2 packs of LD brand cigarettes, unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes, 5 packs of Wave brand cigarettes, unstamped, Missouri stamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes, 4 packs of Seneca brand cigarettes, unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes, 1 pack of Camel Crush brand cigarettes, unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes, 3 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, Georgia stamped, flavor ban cigarettes, and 1 pack of Newport 100 brand cigarettes, unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2, Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code Section 30436 on June 24, 2025, at 2:50 p.m. from Awsan Falah, DBA: Sheba Smoke Shop, located at 436 W. Olive Ave., Fresno, CA 93728-2929.
