TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: nine packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes, unstamped/ Missouri stamped; three units of various brands nicotine vape, untaxed tobacco products; 12 grams of cannabis flower, unbranded; two units of cannabis edibles, unbranded; and one unit of THC vape, unbranded, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on September 12, 2024, at 3:26 p.m. from Shortys Mini Mart, DBA Shop N Dip Market, located at 1563 N. Palm Ave., Fresno, CA 93728.
