TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of: 40 packs of unstamped, flavor ban, and out of state stamped cigarettes; 50 packs of unstamped, flavor ban, and U.S. tax exempt cigarettes; 85 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 407 units untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products; 200 units of untaxed and flavor ban nicotine vape products; 86 units of flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on May 20, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. from Shreeji-Satoshi Corporation, DBA: Shop N Go Market, located at 656 N. Mountain Ave., Upland, CA 91786.
