The property consists of 68 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 394 units of Clipper brand cigars, flavor ban tobacco products; 1,896 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 439 units of various nicotine vape, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 1,567 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on January 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from Sierra Smokes Inc, DBA: Sierra Smoke Shop, located at 6116 Clark Rd. Ste. H, Paradise, CA 95969-4153.
