The property consists of 40 grams of cannabis flower and 132 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 546 units of untaxed tobacco products; 484 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 56 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and 22974.2 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on May 19, 2025, at 10:59 a.m. from Zachariah D. Durst, DBA: Sierra Smoke Shop located at 4790 Rocklin Rd. Ste. 3 Rocklin, CA 95677-4305.
