The property consists of 63 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 127 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation; 227 units of various flavor ban other tobacco products; 67 units of various flavor ban nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 245 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on April 30, 2026, at 11:20 a.m. from Sierra Smokes Inc, DBA: Sierra Smoke Shop, located at 6116 Clark Rd. Ste. H, Paradise, CA 95969-4153.
