The property consists of 53 grams of various cannabis flower, 149 units of various cannabis vape products, 322 units of various cannabis edible products, and 466 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business and 73 units of commercial packaging, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on August 5, 2025, at 2:40 p.m. from Jack N Mark Trading, DBA: Sierra Smoke Shop 2, located at 13759 Mono Way, Ste. A2, Sonora, CA 95370-2814.
