This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 on August 5, 2025, at 2:40 p.m. from Jack N Mark Trading, DBA: Sierra Smoke Shop 2, located at 13759 Mono Way, Ste. A2, Sonora, CA 95370-2814.
