TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 279 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, 983 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 15 units of cannabis at a cigarette and tobacco business from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, 22980.6, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on September 9, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. from Pure Smoken, Inc., dba: Silvercreek Smoke Shop located at 6509 Panama Ln., Ste. 101, Bakersfield, CA 93313.
