TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 20 packs unstamped and untaxed cigarettes; 35 packs unstamped, untaxed, flavor ban, non-MSA cigarettes; 23 packs other state stamped, untaxed flavor ban cigarettes; 324 packs unstamped, untaxed, flavor ban cigarettes; 1,329 units untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products, 439 units untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape, 499 units flavor enhancers and 188 units various cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. The property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on July 28, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. from Luke United, Inc., DBA: Smoke 4 Less, located at 1226 E. 6th St. Ontario, CA 91764.
