The property consists of 185 packs of various unstamped, out-of-state stamped, Missouri stamped, Virginia stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 41 packs of This brand, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 37 units of untaxed tobacco products, Zig-Zag brand; 2,550 units of various untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 782 units of various untaxed flavor ban nicotine products; 974 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers; 1,101 grams of unbranded cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; and 83 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 5, 2026, at 9:46 a.m., from Smoke 4 Less Cigar Inc, DBA: Smoke 4 Less Cigar, located at 274 Sunset Ave, # 274B, Suisun City, CA 94585-1770.
