This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue Taxation Code section 30416, on May 19, 2026, at 3:13 p.m. from Simran Singh DBA: Smoke and 99C, located at 1799 N Texas St., Fairfield, CA 94533-3815.
