This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, and Business and Professions code 22974.3 on February 23, 2026, at 10:30 am from Cig World RS, DBA: Smoke and Vape, located at 19321 Victory Blvd. Ste. 5, Tarzana, CA 91335-6302.
