The property consists of 5 cartons and 62 packs various non-MSA cigarettes; 590 units cannabis or cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 1,012 units commercial package, bags cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on October 23, 2024, at 10:50 a.m. from AS Unity Inc., DBA: Smoke Bros, located at 1377 S. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, CA 92832-3001.
