The property consists of 1,144 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 667 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; 12 packs unstamped, out-of-state stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 13 packs unstamped, US Tax Exempt, non-MSA cigarettes; 15 packs unstamped, non-MSA cigarettes; 17 packs of unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 3 packs unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 4 packs unstamped, US Tax Exempt, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 11 packs flavor ban cigarettes; 298 units cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 452 units commercial packaging, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on April 17, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. from Smoke Kingdom LLC, DBA: Smoke Kingdom, at 11913 Lakewood Blvd., Downey, CA 90241.
