The property consists of 33 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 48 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation; 372 units of nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 293 units of various other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 560 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on, November 19, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. from Smoke Leaf Inc DBA: Smoke Leaf, located at 5540 Watt Ave, North Highlands, CA 95660-4946.
