This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on January 28, 2026, at 11:14 a.m. from Smoke Palace Inc, DBA: Smoke Palace Inc, located at 1204 W. 16th St., Merced, CA 95340-4536.
