The property consists of: The property consists of 943 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 1,069 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; 7 packs flavor ban cigarettes; and 120 units of various cannabis products seized; at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on January 14, 2026, at 12:07 p.m. from Praraj, Inc. DBA: Smoker Addicts at 432 N. Azusa Ave., West Covina, CA 91791-1347.
