The property consists of 35 units of untaxed tobacco products; 209 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 28,634 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 2,503 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers and 1,193 units of presumed cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2, 22974.3 on July 22, 2026, at 6:08 p.m. from Smokers Alley #2, Inc., DBA: Smokers Alley #2, located at 7701 White Ln., Ste. A2, Bakersfield, CA 93309-0201.
