The property consists of 52 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 11 units of various untaxed nicotine vape products; 263 units of various flavor ban tobacco products; and 10 units of OCB brand flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on September 10, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. from Smokers Gift Shop Inc., DBA: Smokers Gift Shop, located at 6700 Santa Rita Rd. Ste. E, Pleasanton, CA 94588-3467.
