The property consists of 44 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 1,316 units of commercial packaging bags, universal symbol violation; one pack of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, tribal stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 143 units of other tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 157 units of nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 199 units of various other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 159 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on November 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from Ariana and Huriya Corporation DBA: Smoke Shop and More, located at 4641 Watt Ave, Suite 130, North Highlands, CA 95660-5512.
