The property consists of 51 units of various flavor ban other tobacco products; eight units of various flavor ban nicotine vape products; 458 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 46 grams of various cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016, on February 26, 2026, at 11:22 a.m. from Abdullah Sharafat DBA: Smokey Gift Shop & Vape, located at 4319 Marconi Ave. Ste. B, Sacramento, CA 95821-4381.
