The property consists of 2,869 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, 652 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, 856 grams of cannabis flower at a cigarette and tobacco business and unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to BPC 22974.2, 22974.3 & 22980.6 and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on September 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. from Rig City, Inc, DBA: Smokey Solution II located at 212 China Grade Loop, Bakersfield, CA 93308.
