The property consists of 137 grams of cannabis flower and 595 units of cannabis products, from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on October 29, 2025, at 12:10 p.m. from Korin Enterprises, Inc., DBA Smokey Solutions, located at 4725 Panama Ln., Unit D14, Bakersfield, CA 93313-3438.
