TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 90 units of cannabis products, unlicensed business; 1,772 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 4,001 units untaxed tobacco products; 946 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; 4 packs of various brand cigarettes, unstamped/other-of-state stamped; 87 packs of various brand cigarettes, untaxed flavor ban; 9 packs of various brand cigarettes, flavor ban cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 30474(a), Business & Professions section 22974, 22974.3(b), 22974.3(a)(3), and 22974.2(a)(1) and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on December 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. from Smokeyz Inc, DBA: Smokeyz at 410 S. Euclid St., # 7 Anaheim, CA 92802-1297.
