The property consists of 144 packs of various cigarettes, unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes, four packs of Denim brand cigarettes, unstamped, U.S. export only, flavor ban cigarettes, 640 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products, 195 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products, and 1,103 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on November 12, 2025, at 4:15 p.m. from Osama Amin Ahmed Saif, DBA: Smoke Zone #2, located at 3777 N. Hughes Ave., Fresno, CA 93705-2341.
