TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 107 units of other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 441 units of tobacco enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 73 grams of various cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; and 348 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on November 20, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. from Ola N. Elsade, DBA: Smoking Aces, located at 1108 Polk St., San Francisco, CA 94109-5513.
