The property consists of: 2 packs of untaxed out-of-state stamped cigarettes; 80 packs of untaxed US Tax Exempt cigarettes; 124 packs of untaxed out-of-state stamped flavor ban cigarettes; 29 packs of untaxed US Tax Exempt flavor ban cigarettes; 30 packs of untaxed flavor ban cigarettes; 1 pack of untaxed counterfeit flavor ban cigarette; 9 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 1,708 units of flavor enhancer products; 616 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 4,445 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 3,549 of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 521 units of cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 6 grams of cannabis flower at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30474.1 and 34016 on July 31, 2026, at 1:00 PM from SM Redlands INC, DBA: Vibe Smoke Shop located at 802 W Colton Ave. Ste H, Redlands, CA 92374.
