The property consists of 237 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, 343 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation, two units of commercial packaging boxes, cannabis universal symbol violation, and 648 units of various nicotine vape devices, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on October 30, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. from Snoozy Rabbit Corporation, DBA: Snoozy Rabbit Smoke Shop located at 4140 Sunrise Blvd Ste. D, Fair Oaks, CA 95628-7428.
