The property consists of: 89 packs of flavor ban cigarettes, 109 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, 55 units of flavor ban nicotine vape products, and 91 units of flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to and Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on March 11, 2026, at 5:10 p.m. from South Coast Enterprise LLC, DBA: South Coast Enterprise LLC, located at 1207 E Mission Blvd Pomona CA 91766.
