The property consists of 2 packs non-MSA cigarettes; 271 packs unstamped, out of state, and flavor ban cigarettes; 160 packs unstamped and out of state cigarettes; 500 packs unstamped, non-MSA, and out of state cigarettes; 143 packs unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes; 519 packs unstamped, non-MSA, and U.S. tax exempt cigarettes; 104 packs unstamped, non-MSA, U.S. tax exempt, and flavor ban cigarettes; 286 packs unstamped, non-MSA, out of state, and flavor ban cigarettes; 104 packs non-MSA and flavor ban cigarettes; 4,684 units untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products; 100 units untaxed, counterfeit, and flavor ban tobacco products; and 1,599 units flavor ban flavor enhancers.
