The property consists of 1,239 units of various brands nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, 1,531 units of various brands other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, 1,712 units of various brands flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers, one unit of L Ducat brand cigarettes, flavor ban cigarettes and 105 units of various brand cigarettes, unstamped, out of state stamp, flavor ban cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2(a)(1), on June 26, 2025, at 11:45 a.m. from The Spot Blackstone 2 LLC, DBA Spot Blackstone 2 LLC, located at 7273 N. Blackstone Ave., Ste. 102, Fresno, CA 93650.
