The property consists of 62 units of cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business and 45 units of universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016, on March 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. from Star Smoke and Gift Shop, DBA: Star Smoke and Giftshop, located at 4639 Planz Rd., Bakersfield, CA 93309.
