The property consists of 65 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, out-of-state stamp (Virginia & Georgia), flavor ban cigarettes; 466 packs of various brands cigarettes (CA stamped), unlicensed business; 1,220 units other tobacco products (various brands), untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 953 units other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products;457 units nicotine vape products (various brands), untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 143 units flavor enhancers (various brands), flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business & Professions Code sections 22974 and 22974.3 on October 16, 2025, at 10:50 a.m. from Stop N Go Inc, DBA Stop N Go, located at 1412 Webster St., Oakland, CA 94612-3206.
