The property consists of 675 units of commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation; one unit of THC vape, unlicensed cannabis business; and one unit of cannabis, edibles, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on August 29, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. from Waqar Ahmad, DBA Stop N Save, located at 8142 West Ln., Ste. 160, Stockton, CA 95210.
