The property consists of 40 packs of various brands, unstamped, U.S. for export cigarettes; 70 packs of various brands, unstamped, U.S. for export, flavor ban cigarettes; 65 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 10 units of various other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 152 units of various nicotine vape, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 16 units of various nicotine vape, flavor ban tobacco products; and 168 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 4 grams of unbranded cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 34 units of various brands THC vapes, unlicensed cannabis business; 11 units of various brands edibles, unlicensed cannabis business; 11 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 103 units of various commercial packaging, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 29, 2026, at 2:45 p.m. from Harris Trade Inc, DBA: Story Smoke Shop, located at 730 Story Rd. Ste. 7, San Jose, CA 95122-2624.
