The property consists of 348 grams of unbranded cannabis flower, 4,961 items of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 4 items of various universal symbol packages, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016, on October 23, 2024, at 11:00 am. from Yousef Zavid, DBA: Sunny Hills Exotics located at 2323 E. Chapman Ave., Ste A, Fullerton, CA 92831-4204.
