The property consists of 36 packs of various brands, unstamped/out-of-state stamped (Virginia/Missouri) flavor ban cigarettes; 252 units of untaxed other tobacco products and nicotine vape products, various brands, various types; 336 units of untaxed and flavor ban other tobacco products and nicotine vape products, various brands, various types; 189 units of flavor enhancer products, various brands, various types, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on November 12, 2025, at 5:23 p.m. from Sunset Smokers LLC, DBA: Sunset Smokers, located at 1580 Los Padres Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050-4440.
