The property consists of: 8,500 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 1,572 grams of cannabis flower; 684 units of cannabis vape products; 1,080 units of cannabis edible products; and 2,096 units of other cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to and Business and Professions Code Section 22978.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 on May 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. from Sunset Tobacco Wholesale Inc, DBA Sunset Tobacco Wholesales Inc, located at 8687 Hellman Ave. Ste. B, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730-4464.
