The property consists of 20 packs of untaxed, flavor ban cigarettes; 454 units of untaxed, flavor ban other tobacco products; 217 units of untaxed, flavor ban nicotine vape; and 76 units of THC Vape products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on July 7, 2026, at 11:01 a.m. from Superior Smoke Shop #1, DBA: Superior Smoke Shop #1, located at 1865 E. Dakota Ave., Fresno, CA 93726-4801.
