TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 27 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products, 19 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products, 147 units of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 4 packs of Denim brand cigarettes, unstamped, US tax exempt, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; and 207 grams of unbranded cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 26 units of various cannabis vape products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation section 34016 on November 12, 2025, at 11:14 a.m. and 12:08 p.m. from Superior Smoke Shop #1, DBA: Superior Smoke Shop #1, located at 1865 E. Dakota Ave., Fresno, CA 93726-4801.
